Blair and Claudio were such a great help in organising a way into my new house, the driveway was very steep and not a lot of access but they came up with a solution that made it so much easier amd faster. Both really friendly and helpful. Definetly recommend these to guys for any moves big or small you have. When the day comes that I have to move again I will be using Blair and Claudio. I can’t speak too highly of the staff from Smooth Removals. We had 3 guys move us from our home of 23 years into a storage facility while I looked for somewhere to live. They packed me up and moved me out very efficiently. Then 3 days ago 3 different guys did it all again this time from storage to my new residence. My late husband would have been pleased with the results and the way I was treated during the process. Highly recommended. Sorry I couldn’t remember all your names.
I used A Smooth Move to collect my household furniture and goods then store for 2 weeks then move from Gold Coast to Beaudesert. I had two different teams, one to load up and store and another to transport and unload in Beaudesert.The first team worked very diligently, however the truck they sent was too small for my load and they had to take a load to storage and then return for the remainder of my goods. This cost me more than anticipated as it was an hourly rate.The second team also worked diligently. Everything arrived in good condition. I would recommend this company. The only reason I didn't give five star was because of the time it took.

My family has a lot of furniture — and much of it is heavy — but the team (Fernando, Marcos, Emerson, and Daniel) handled everything with strength, care, and a great attitude. They were incredibly friendly, respectful, and took the time to ensure all our belongings were moved safely and efficiently. We felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. Fernando, Eduardo and Emerson from A Smooth Move moved my belongings from a single car garage size storage unit in Pimpama to my new home in Ormeau on 27 February 2025. They handled all of my furniture and items with care and respect, while still loading and unloading everything efficiently and professionally. They situated furniture where I requested in my house and Emerson even took the time to connect the washing machine. I had the pleasure of working with Emerson, Pedro, and Gabriel from Smooth Move. The team arrived right on the pre-arranged time, brought all the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job, and were very friendly, professional, and clinically swift.My old house had a very narrow staircase with fairly bulky railings that needed to be taken down before any large furniture could be moved.The previous removalist I used to move into the house failed to dismantle it and took over three hours to bring the fridge upstairs. The Smooth Move team did the fridge in 40 minutes, including dismantling.I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a quality job done. They may not be the cheapest, but you truly get value for what you pay.

A Smooth Removals was an outstanding service, they provided us with a time slot at a last minute and provided us with 2 great workers Claudio and Daniel that worked outstandingly to fit our needs. We required to fit our belongings inside a small storage unit which we believed was too small but Claudio and Daniel managed to fit everything within the unit contrary to our belief. They are also well mannered gentleman and highly sociable adding to the experience. Will recommend this serve and will continue to use this service in the future.

Eduardo and Chris smashed out a 2 bed apartment worth of stuff in about 2.5hrs pick up to delivery. 1st floor and they didn’t even use the lift. Would definitely recommend A Smooth Move.

Claudio, Chris, Filipe and Gustavo were amazing! They called to let me know when they would arrive, they listened to all my requests and no task was too difficult for them. They worked super efficiently together as a team and had all our stuff packed and unpacked in a flash. They were also really carefully with everything and there was zero damage. Highly recommend - it was my smoothest move yet!

Our neighbours using their services today at first they behave properly but as soon as neighbours left they started throwing shit in our bins showing no professionalism and behaving cocky showing no regards for surroundings.

Lee reassured me that everything would run smoothly and it did from beginning to end.The two guys that picked up and delivered our belongings were amazing not one thing was broken. Smooth Move Removals helped me move in early September. I am amazed with the service I received! Reinaldo was extremely efficient at loading my items into the truck, covering them with protective blankets and transporting them to my new location safely. Reinaldo kept me updated on the day, each step of the way! His coworker Rafael was great too! My mum used this service a few years ago and she recommended me to yous. Would highly recommend aswell🙏🏼
